Congratulations on booking your adventure with Northwest Voyageurs! In order to customize your trip, please take a moment and follow a few simple steps to help us plan your trip. The more information you provide us about who you are and the type of experience you want, the better your trip will be!

Step 1: Liability Release Form - please print, sign, and return this form to us. A separate signed copy is required for each participant. Minors under the age of 18 must sign the form themselves, and then a parent or legal guardian must sign the form as well. Liability forms can be faxed to (208) 628-4081 or mailed to us at: Northwest Voyageurs, HC2 Box 501, Pollock, ID 83547.

Step 2: Please have EACH person complete the Trip Questionnaire using the link on the right. Parents can submit for their children, but please provide 1 for each person on the trip. All personal information will be kept confidential.
