We pass briefly through the border of an area with malaria risks. Because of the extremely limited exposure our guides typically do not take malaria medicines. You will need to make your own assessment regarding your risk tolerance towards malaria.
Upon returning to the states from any international travel, if you experience any symptoms, consult your travel health clinic or physician and be sure to tell them where you have traveled.
